Today I'm sharing my top 5 favorite Macro Friendly Starbucks drinks. If you have ever counted macros before you know that a Starbucks drink depending on what you order can break the macro bank pretty fast. So over the last couple of years of tracking macros I have a few go to drinks now. I pretty much stick with these drinks even if I am not tracking.
#1 Grande Sugar Free Vanilla Latte with Coconut Milk
#2 Grande Iced Green Tea Latte with Almond Milk 1 scoop Matcha, 3 pumps sugar free Vanilla
#3 Grande Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher (Make sure to get it mixed with water)
#4 Grande Pink Drink
#5 Grande Pike Place Coffee
Somethings to keep in mind when order your drink is swap out your syrups for sugar free options if available or do less pumps then they normally do in a drink, that will save you a lot of calories. Get a Tall or Grande instead of a Venti.
