Hi! My name is Miranda, I am a wife, new mom to London, and dog mom to Roxy. I have tried every diet from restricting foods/calories, diet pills, wraps and teas but I just kept losing the same 5 pounds and gaining it back over and over again. I did this for about 10 plus years so I finally started macro counting in July 2016. Best decision I have ever made! I have lost 10% body fat and 30 pounds. I found a new love for baking macro friendly desserts without the guilt. I won't say it has been easy but it has been worth it. Having a good relationship with food, feels great. I learned to let go of the bad days and focus on the good days.
