This simple Tzatziki sauce is easy to make and goes great with Greek Chicken Kabobs, Gyros, or even to dip veggies in. I made this with non fat Greek Yogurt but feel free to use any Greek Yogurt.
1 cup non fat greek yogurt
100g shredded cucumber
2 Tbsp freshly squeeze lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
In a medium size bowl, mix together greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt/pepper, and cucumber.
