This Cucumber Salad is a perfect side dish to go along with my Greek Chicken Kabobs, BBQ side dish or just wanting something healthy. It is simple to make and has only 5 ingredients.


1 (275g) long English cucumber, sliced

1 cup (150g) cherry tomatoes, diced

1/2 (70g) onion, sliced

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp dill weed



  1. Combined all ingredients into a medium size bowl and set in fridge for 20 minutes.

  2. Enjoy with Greek Chicken Kabobs.
