WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Today I officially hit my goal weight that I sat back on January 19th 💪🏼 all thanks to @macro_miranda. Don't ever let anyone tell you that you can't have carbs or have to starve yourself or can't eat certain foods. I now eat more carbs than ever have before! Counting my macros is hands down the best thing I ever learned to do and because it's not a "diet" and I don't put restrictions on things I can and can't eat, I can continue to reach my fitness goals without feeling guilty about anything. In total I've lost 7" off any hip area, dropped from a size 36 to 31 pant and am down 20lbs. I still have goals that I wish to achieve and can't wait to see what the next 6 months brings.
