When it comes to making dinner the hardest part is finding something everyone will eat and getting little ones to eat their veggies. That is why I love to add veggies to meals like this. Plus we all can benefit from extra veggies in our diets.
16oz extra lean ground turkey
9oz Buitoni four cheese raviolis package (from the refrigerator section)
14.5oz can petite diced tomatoes
1 (160g) zucchini, diced
3 cups spinach, chopped
1 tsp basil
1 tsp onion powder
1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground turkey until no longer pink in the middle seasoning with garlic, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, zucchini, and spinach. Stir until spinach wilts.
3. Add raviolis and mix well. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
