This simple crockpot broccoli cheese chicken dinner is packed with protein and fiber. You can serve this over rice or cauliflower rice for a low carb option.


1 1/2 pounds chicken breast

1 can broccoli cheese soup

1 fresh or frozen bag of broccoli


  1. In a large crockpot place chicken in the bottom. Add broccoli cheese soup on top. Place lid on crockpot cook and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.

  2. When you have 1 hour left of cooking add broccoli to crockpot.

  3. Serve over rice or cauliflower rice for a low carb options. Top with cheese if desired. (not included in macros)
