Lately I have been loving one pan meal prep. I know sometimes when you hear the word meal prep it can be stressful trying to figure out what to cook. I am hoping with these one pan meal prep it will make your life a lot easier. These meals are also great for family dinner.
4 Aidells Italian Style with Mozzarella cheese sausage
500g sweet potatoes
340g broccoli florets
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
2. Prep the sausage and veggies. Make sure sweet potatoes are not to big otherwise they will not cook.
3. On a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spread sausage, sweet potatoes, zucchini and broccoli. Spray lightly with non-stick coconut or olive oil spray. Sprinkle with seasonings.
4. Place in oven for 35-40 minutes. Flipping sausage and veggies half way through.
