These Mexican Turkey Burgers are a copycat recipe from a burger that I ordered from a local grocery store all the time. I don't know their exact recipe but kinda know what was in them so came up with my own and they turned out amazing. These Mexican Turkey Burgers will
definitely be on repeat this summer.
These Mexican Turkey Burgers are an easy way to hide some veggies in for your kids that refuse to eat their veggies. I don't have that problem with London right now but one day I might.
INGREDIENTS
46g egg whites
1/2 green bell pepper, diced small
1/2 red bell pepper, diced small
2 Tbsp taco seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill on medium-high heat.
In a medium size bowl mix all ingredients together. Divided into 5 equal balls and form into burgers.
Grill the turkey burger for about 7-9 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the middle.
Serve on a bun or lettuce wrap with guacamole and tomatoes. (not included in macros)
