These Veggie Turkey Meatballs are macro friendly, packet with protein, and veggies. They are easy to make and your kids will even eat them too.

My favorite way of eating these Veggie Turkey Meatballs is with Banza rice or over zucchini noddles with marinara sauce.

INGREDIENTS
100g carrots, shredded
1 tsp basil
1 tsp garlic powder
salt/pepper
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a muffin and or baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a medium size bowl, mix together all ingredients.
Divided into 12 balls. (about 50g)
Place in muffin pans or on baking sheet. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink in the middle.
