LOW CARB PINEAPPLE CHICKEN CRUNCH WRAP

Back in my Taco Bell days I used to eat a crunch wrap all the time and believe me I would eat at Taco Bell a couple times a week. You can ask any of my family. It's crazy to say that I haven't ate Taco Bell in 2 years. It's not because I can't I just don't want it anymore. But I do still love a crunch wrap and I also love pineapple so I put them together and made a delicious Pineapple Chicken Crunch Wrap.



INGREDIENTS


1 whole lavash wrap

1 servings of Instant Pot Taco Chicken

30g pineapple

15 g Bolthouse Cilantro Avocado dressing

20g arugula


DIRECTIONS


1. Place lavash wrap on your plate. Add chicken, pineapple, arugula, and Cilantro Avocado dressing in the middle of the wrap.

2. Starting with one corner of the wrap fold inwards to the middle the wrap repeating all around the wrap.

3. Heat a large pan on medium-high heat. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking oil. Place folded side of wrap down. Let cook for 1-2 minutes until brown. Fill wrap and cook other side until brown. Enjoy!
