This low carb high protein crunch wrap is made with cut da carb wrap, cheese, turkey, and ham. It also has over 5 grams of fiber and over 25 grams of protein.


1 cut da carb wrap

1 slice thin pepper jack cheese

2oz turkey

2oz ham

2 slices tomatoes

10g banana peppers

Hand full of lettuce

15g bolthouse ranch


  1. Place all ingredient in the center of the wrap.

  2. Starting with one corner of the wrap fold inwards to the middle the wrap repeating all around the wrap.

  3. Place folded side down on panini maker. Cook for 3 minutes. If you're cooking on a frying pan flip half way through.
