This Italian Chicken Sausage Rigatoni is an easy one pot meal for a busy night that you may not have time to cook dinner but still want a balanced dinner. You can make this in less than 20 minutes. It's packed with protein to keep you full longer.
1/2 jar pasta sauce
1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Cook pasta according to the box. After rigatoni is cook set pasta aside and add sausage to pan. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Add rigatoni back to pan and also add in pasta sauce. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add cheese and place lid back on pan until melted.
