2 pound chuck roast

1 packet ranch dressing mix

1 packet beef onion soup mix

8-10 pepperoncini peppers with juice


  1. Add chuck roast to the bottom of your crockpot. Season with ranch seasoning and beef onion soup mix packets. Add 8-10 pepperoncini or more with juice.

  2. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

  3. Once roast is done cooking take two forks and shred.

  4. Enjoy!
