This Instant Pot Mac and Cheese is so easy to make and creamy. It has only has 5 ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes to make.
4 cups water
2 Tbsp Butter
4oz medium cheddar cheese (grated)
4oz mozzarella cheese (grated)
Add pasta, water, butter, and salt to Instant Pot.
Place lid on Instant Pot and make sure valve is set to sealing. Set manual (high pressures) for 4 minutes.
When timer beeps do a quick release by moving the valve to venting. Once all pressure is released, remove lid.
Stir pasta. Then add in milk and cheese and mix well.
If at first it appears runny let set for a few minutes and it will thicken up.
