CROCKPOT TURKEY TENDERLOIN WITH POTATOES AND CARROTS

This crockpot turkey tenderloin with potatoes and carrots is a simple meal to put in the crockpot before work or in the morning. It is packed with protein and macro friendly for my friends that count macros. Also a great recipes for meal prep for lunches.




INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds turkey tenderloin

1 1/2 pounds golden potatoes, diced

1 pound baby carrots

1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix

1/2 cup water

salt/pepper




DIRECTIONS


  1. Spray large crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Add the turkey to bottom of crockpot and sprinkle onion soup mix.

  2. Add in potatoes and carrots and season with salt and pepper. Pour in 1/2 cup of water.

  3. Cook on low for 8 hours. After cooking shred turkey and enjoy.
