CROCKPOT MEXICAN SHREDDED BEEF

Easy and delicious Crockpot Mexican Shredded Beef.








If you're looking for a flavorful and convenient meal that's perfect for busy weeknights, you can't go wrong with this mouth watering crockpot Mexican shredded beef. With just a few simple ingredients and a crockpot, you can create a savory and satisfying dish that's perfect for tacos, burritos, taco salads, nachos, or sandwiches.




INGEDIENTS

1 cup beef stock

1 Tbsp chili powder

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

salt/pepper



DIRECTIONS

  1. Spray crockpot with non stick cooking spray. Place roast in crockpot and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix together beef stock and enchilada sauce and pour over roast.

  3. Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.

  4. Using a fork shredded roast.

  5. ENJOY!
