BBQ CHICKEN KABOBS

Updated: Jun 14

These BBQ Chicken Kabobs are amazing and so easy to make. I love to keep things as simple as I can. I used Stubbs BBQ sauce for these as its m favorite BBQ sauce and its low calorie.

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, diced into 1 inch pieces

6 Tbsp (99g) stubbs BBQ sauce

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

salt/pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Soak skewers for at least 30 minutes in water to prevent burning. Take 4oz of chicken and place on skewer. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Spray lightly with non-stick cooking spray so they don't stick to the grill.

  2. Preheat grill to 400 degrees. Place kabobs on grill turning 2-3 times until all sides are cook and meat is no longer pink.

  3. Remove from grill and brush with BBQ sauce. ENJOY!!
