These Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Tenders are low in fat, easy to make, and high in protein. I dip mine in Chick-fil-a sauce which made them even better. But if you're tracking macros right now in a deficit watch out for sauce calories because they will add up fast.
1 pound chicken tenders
2 Tbsp flour
1 whole egg
Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F.
In a bowl add flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside. In another bowl add Panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Set aside. In a third bowl whisk egg.
Coat chicken in flour mixture then egg then bread crumb mixture.
Place in air fryer for 9-11 minutes on 390 degrees, flipping half way through. Cook in batches depending on how big your air fryer is.
