These Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts are extremely easy to make. They're packed with healthy fats, fiber, and macro friendly. If you don't have an Air Fryer yet I would get one. I got mine a couple years ago on Black Friday and it has been one of my favorite purchases in a long


I was never a big fan of Brussel Sprouts until the last year and now I don't know how to only eat a little at a time. This recipe is great for a healthy side dish for a holiday party or dinner. If you want lower fat use half of the olive oil.


1 pound brussel sprouts

2 Tbsp honey



  1. Preheat Air fryer to 400 degrees. Toss Brussel Sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  2. Place in brussel sprouts in air fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes tossing half way through.

  3. Remove brussel sprouts from air fryer and place on a plate. Mix together honey and balsamic vinegar and drizzle over brussel sprouts.

  4. ENJOY!!
