I love cookies, especially when they're hot right out of the oven. These chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and won't break your macro bank. They're only 100 calories and make with Kodiak cakes. I promise you will want to make these weekly they're so good.
Tips for making these cookies. Make sure
your butter is at room temperature. Also make sure you cream together your butter and sugar with and electric mixer for 2-3 minutes before adding other ingredients. Also feel free to add more chocolate chips.
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup (144g) sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened at room temperature
2 large eggs
45g mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In your kitchen aid or with an electric mixer, mix together butter and sugar until fluffy about 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla extract and eggs. Mix well.
3. Add Kodiak cakes too wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
5 . Use a cookie dough scoop or form into 1 inch balls. Place on baking sheet 2 inches apart to allow room for the cookies to spread.
6. Bake for 9-11 minutes. Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack for cooling.
