These air fryer potato wedge fries are simple to make, low in fat, macro friendly, and you can add them to about any meal. They take about 20 minutes in the air fryer.
3-4 (600g) potatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp parsley
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges. Place in a bowl medium size bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and parsley and coat each potato wedge well.
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Place potato wedges in air fryer and cook on 400 degrees for 20 minutes tossing every 5 minutes.
Cook in batches it needed.
