These 4th of July White Chocolate Pretzels are the perfect sweet and salty snack. They're great to take to a BBQ, parade, or just to have at home.
INGREDIENTS
2g coconut oil
2 Tbsp red, white and blue sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
In a microwave safe bowl add white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Place in microwave and heat for 30 seconds at a time stirring in between until melted.
Line your counter top with parchment paper and add pretzels onto parchment paper spreading out evenly.
Take a fork and dip in melted chocolate and cover pretzels. Sprinkle red, white, and blue sprinkles over melted chocolate.
Let pretzel set until chocolate is harden about 30 minutes.
Store in an air tight container up to 2 weeks.
