3 DAY FAT BURNING AT HOME DUMBBELL WORKOUT

Looking for a great workout to sweat and get your heart rate up. Here is a 3 day at home dumbbell workout plan. You will need 1-2 sets of dumbbells and a small place in your house. The workouts consist of two 25 minute full body dumbbell workouts and one fat burning cardio workout.
