MACRO FRIENDLY PUMPKIN PROTEIN PANCAKES

These Pumpkin Protein Pancakes are easy to make, full of protein, and macro friendly. When I started tracking macros I would eat these a couple times a week pre or post workout. They always kept me full and taste amazing.



INGREDIENTS


1/4 cup oat flour

1 scoop Ideal Lean Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder

(Code MIRANDA15 for discount)

1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp baking powder

dash of salt

1/4 cup pumpkin pure

3 Tbsp egg whites

3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


DIRECTIONS


1. Preheat skillet to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together. Using a 1/4 cup pour batter on a well greased skillet. Repeat until batter is done.

2. Top with your favorite nut butter, nuts, syrup, or fruit. (not included in macros)
