This Greek Yogurt Berry Parfait is pack with protein and fiber. It's the perfect afternoon summer snack. I love using non fat greek yogurt and adding different flavors of protein powder to sweeten it up and add flavor. It helps cut down on the added sugar in flavored greek yogurts.


1 cup (227g) non fat greek yogurt

1/2 scoop protein powder

1/2 cup (70g) blueberries

1/2 cup (70g) raspberries

14g almonds, crushed

  1. Mix together yogurt and protein powder. In a cup layer yogurt, raspberries, yogurt, blueberries. Top with crushed almonds.

  2. Enjoy!
