HEALTHY PUMPKIN PROTEIN WAFFLES

Back again with another simple waffle recipe. This time it's PUMPKIN flavored and the whole family will love them. I love that these are low in fat so you can add any toppings like coconut flakes, chocolate chip, nut butters, whip cream, or syrup.




INGREDIENTS

40g Kodiak Cakes protein packed

6g Ideal fit Multi-Purpose protein powder

40g pumpkin pure

46g egg whites

1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. In a small bowl mix together all ingredients. Pour half the batter onto waffle iron, cook until golden brown. Repeat on time.

3. Top with your favorite topping and Enjoy!
