HEALTHY BLUEBERRY CRISP

This Healthy Blueberry Crisp the entire family will enjoy. It goes great with ice cream on top or you can even do Greek Yogurt to add a little more protein.


This blueberry crisp is a perfect spring or summer treat for the family. You can even add other fruit to this recipe or add more blueberries.

INGREDINTS

1 cup Kodiak Cakes Cinnamon Oat Pancake Mix

3 cup frozen blueberries

3 Tbsp butter, melted

4 tsp sugar


DIRECTIONS


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 8 x 8 inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Mix together kodiak cakes and melted butter. It will become more like a crumble. Set aside.

  3. Mix together blueberries and sugar. Add to bottom of the casserole dish. Crumble kodiak cakes mixture over blueberries.

  4. Bake for 25 minutes.

  5. Top with ice cream or greek yogurt. (not included in macros)
