I love prepping egg white muffins for an easy breakfast or afternoon snack. I add different veggies to them every time to switch it up and change the flavor of them. My favorite veggies to add to egg white muffins are bell peppers and spinach. But you can add any veggies like mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, etc.
552g egg whites
96g Jimmy Dean turkey sausage
72g mixed bell peppers
24g reduced fat mozzarella shredded cheese
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Add 8 gram of turkey sausage and 6 grams of bell pepper to each muffin. Then add 46 grams of egg whites to each muffin and top with 2 grams of shredded cheese.
3. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes.
