INGREDIENTS
200ml warm water
10g honey
280-310g all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp butter, soften room temperature
DIRECTIONS
In your kitchen aid bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and honey. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Add the flour, salt and butter. Start mixing on low. Add more flour if needed.
Knead the dough for 4-5minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place it in a greased loaf pan.
Cover the loaf pan cover and let rise for 45-60 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Let the bread cool before slicing and enjoy your homemade sandwich bread!
