CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA PROTEIN MUFFINS

Updated: Jun 18, 2019

I woke up this morning wanting to bake. Plus I have been staring at my very ripped bananas sitting in the corner of my kitchen. It was either freeze them for protein shakes or make banana muffins and muffins sounded a lot better. This is a simple and fast recipe. They also smell amazing when baking that you can't wait for the timer to go off. Enjoy!

228g mashed banana

2 scoops Ideal fit French Vanilla protein powder

(use code MIRANDA15 for 15% off)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/3 cup baking stevia

243g egg whites

30g mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place muffin liners in muffin pan or spray well with non-stick cooking spray
