BLUEBERRY PROTEIN WAFFLES

If you follow me on Instagram @macro_miranda you know my love for waffles. I eat them at least a couple times a week. My favorite way to make them is with Kodiak Cakes mix. I always get the protein packed powder cakes and add even more protein to them by adding Ideal Fit protein powder or egg whites. These are also great for meal prep too.


INGREDIENTS

53g (1/2 cup) Kodiak Cake power cakes

6g Ideal Fit French Vanilla protein powder

46g egg whites

water

30g blueberries

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. In a small bowl mix together all ingredients. Add a little water to thin batter.

3. Spray the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray. Pour half the batter onto waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Repeat one time.

4. Top with you favorite fruit, nut butters, syrup, or granola.
