Traditional bagels are often high in calories and low in nutrients, making them an unhealthy

choice for many. Fortunately, there's a new

alternative that's taking the world by storm: the

2 ingredient protein bagel. I even put more of a

twist on them and made 3 ingredient blueberry

protein bagels.

BLUEBERRY PROTEIN BAGELS RECIPE

Let's start by talking about the ingredients. Greek yogurt is high in protein and low in fat, which makes it an excellent choice for those looking to maintain a healthy diet. In fact, some studies have even suggested that eating Greek yogurt can help you lose weight and improve your overall health. Self-raising flour is another key ingredient that gives the bagels their signature texture and flavor. Adding in blueberries for even more micronutrients.

But what about the nutrient content of these bagels? Well, it turns out that the 2 ingredient protein bagel is actually packed with nutrients. In fact, each bagel contains around 10 grams of protein, which is more than most traditional bagels. They're also low in fat and calories, making them a great choice for those looking to maintain a healthy weight.
