These 4th of July Brownies are made with Kodiak cakes, greek yogurt, and eggs. So they're packed with protein and healthier than your normal brownie. Also they still taste amazing.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
2 whole eggs
2 Tbsp water
Red, white, and blue sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8 x 8 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside
Mix all ingredients together. Top with sprinkles. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
