These 4th of July Brownies are made with Kodiak cakes, greek yogurt, and eggs. So they're packed with protein and healthier than your normal brownie. Also they still taste amazing.

1 box Kodiak Cakes chocolate fudge brownie mix

1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt

2 whole eggs

2 Tbsp water

Red, white, and blue sprinkles

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8 x 8 inch casserole dish with non stick cooking spray. Set aside

  2. Mix all ingredients together. Top with sprinkles. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
