These Peaches N Cream Protein Overnight Oats are made with five ingredients. They're packed with protein, fiber, and great for busy mornings.

I'm a few weeks away from delivering my second baby and I plan to eat a lot of overnight oats this time. Oats are suppose to help with milk production and if you followed my on my last bread feeding journey you know I struggled to make enough and had to quit at 4 months because it was taking a mental tool on me. So this time I am going in with more of a plan but open mind and hoping to have more success.


1/3 cup (30g) whole oats

1 scoop Vanilla protein powder

2g flaxseed meal

4oz unsweetened almond milk

40g peaches, diced


  1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar, shake and place in fridge overnight.
