When you want tacos but don't have a lot of carbs left for the day. Turkey Taco Lettuce Wraps are the way to go. They're low in carbs and still taste amazing. They're also great for those days when you have dinner plans and want to save carbs and fats for a night out.


16oz extra lean ground turkey

1 head of butter lettuce, washed

168g tomato, diced

80g avocado, diced

40g Bolthouse Ranch dressing

cilantro, chopped

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp cumin


1. Heat a medium size pan over medium heat and cook ground turkey until no longer pink. Seasoning with chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin.

2. Divided ingredients into 4 servings. Layer lettuce wrap with ground turkey, tomatoes, avocado, and dressing. Top with cilantro. Each serving makes 3 tacos.

3. Enjoy!
