CHOCOALTE CHIP PROTEIN BALLS

These Chocolate Chip Protein Balls are made with oats, almond butter, flaxseed, honey, protein powder, and chocolate chips.

Even though I made these with almond butter you can swap it out for any nut butter. But if you haven't tried almond butter in them they're amazing. Also feel free to add more chocolate chips.

INGEDIENTS


8 Tbsp (128g) almond butter

3 Tbsp (63g) honey

1 cup (96g) rolled oats

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

2 Tbsp (14g) flaxseed meal

28g mini chocolate chips

2-3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut milk


DIRECTIONS


  1. In a food processor or medium size bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, oats, flaxseed, and protein powder. Add in 2-3 Tbsp coconut milk until mixture starts to come together.

  2. Fold in chocolate chips.

  3. Roll into 1 inch balls. Store in a airtight container and keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  4. Makes 14 balls.
