1500 CALORIE HIGH PROTEIN MEAL PLAN

Here is an example of a 1500 calories high protein meal plan. This is to help you plan your meals and know that you don't have to eat just chicken, rice, and veggies to lose weight. Breakfast

3 Freezer Waffles

1 Tbsp Almond Butter

50g banana

One hard boiled egg


Lunch

1 1/2 servings of Air Fryer Chicken Sausage and Veggies


Dinner

Instant Pot White Chicken Chili

28g reduced fat shredded cheese


Snacks

High Protein Greek Yogurt Parfait
